Getting some vigorous exercise doesn’t have to be expensive or boring. With the beautiful scenery and fresh air to inspire you, you’ll never tire of Land Trust trails. Whether you hike alone or on one of our guided hikes, you’ll enjoy the sights and sounds of nature while walking away those pounds. Hiking can help you lose weight, improve your physical well-being, reduce tension and enhance your mental health.
Land Trust trails were created with you in mind. We suggest that you wear long pants, comfortable shoes with good tread, and bring your camera and bottled water.
In case of rain, hikes will be cancelled.
Hikes are free to the public – donations to help preserve greenspace are gratefully accepted.
