Family Friendly Garden Care: Marie’s Garden
LTNA is excited to welcome volunteers of all ages to join us as we weed, water, mulch, and plant throughout Marie’s Garden while helping care for important pollinator habitat at Blevins Gap Nature Preserve.
While our volunteer events typically begin at age 12, this event is open to volunteers of all ages so everyone can enjoy spending time in the garden together. Please note that parents or guardians must accompany all volunteers under the age of 16.
No experience required. Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Please bring water, snacks, and work gloves. Extra water, work gloves and tools will be provided. Complete a separate registration for each individual participating (each person must sign a waiver). Guardians may sign up on behalf of minors. Registration Required.
If this event is canceled due to weather or trail conditions, we will send a notification to registered participants to the email address provided at sign up.
