Hike at Monte Sano

(Moderate / Around 2.5 hours / Around 4 miles) Come work on your New Year’s resolution to get outside more with Land Trust this weekend! The Monte Sano Nature Preserve has a number of spectacular trails to offer to hikers and mountain bikers, and for this hike, you’ll get to see two of our more popular ones–Bluff Line Trail, which has a fairly level path for most of its length, and High Trail, where you’ll be a little further up the mountain before descending gently back down to the trailhead. There is one steep section in the middle of this route, when you climb the last section of Bluff Line to reach High Trail.
Note: This preserve has several trailheads – be sure to come to the right one.
