Tennessee River with Mike Dalen
Guntersville – TVA Honeycomb Trail – 7 hours / Difficult / 9 miles
Join us for a full-day guided hike, rated difficult, as we enjoy the beauty and wildlife of the Tennessee River Valley. Eagles, ospreys, and gorgeous views of Lake Guntersville are just some of the highlights of this TVA trail.
Directions: Meet at Hampton Cove Publix near Regions Bank for carpooling at 8:30 AM. We will return to Publix between 4-5 PM.

2018 Fall Hike and Adventure Series
These FREE hikes offer natural beauty and exercise for the entire family but donations to help preserve green space are accepted! You don’t need fancy equipment! However, we do recommend:
- long pants and comfortable shoes with good tread
- bottled water
- hiking sticks
- trail snacks
- and a camera to capture the experience
Dogs welcome, but must be on leads. In case of rain, hikes may be cancelled. Please verify cancellation at landtrustnal.org or on the Land Trust of North Alabama Facebook Page (@landtrustnal).
