Hike at Hickory Cove Nature Preserve

(Moderate / about 1.5 hours / around 2 miles) Our newest preserve, Hickory Cove Nature Preserve, is the site of this hike. Hikers will walk Legacy Loop as fall arrives. Though the temperatures will still be fairly warm, come prepared for whatever the weather has to offer!

Location: Hickory Cove Nature Preserve – 1500 Trailhead Main St, Huntsville, AL 35811 – Coming from Huntsville, head east on Highway 72. At the intersection of Highway 72 and Moores Mill Road, turn right into the Trailhead community. Then turn right onto Trailhead Main Street. The Trailhead Greenway parking lot is located straight ahead at the end of the street.
