Hike at Harvest Square Nature Preserve

(Easy / Around 1 hour / 1.75 miles) If you want to go for a hike on Towel Day this year, definitely don’t panic–Harvest Square Nature Preserve is an easy-to-traverse property offering a variety of interesting plant and animal life. While the exact route of the hike will be determined by the leader, participants will see nearly the entire preserve with the exception of part of Senators Trail. Much of this walk is along crushed limestone paths and recently-installed boardwalks. While you shouldn’t anticipate getting too wet, do remember, “A towel is just about the most massively useful thing an interstellar hitchhiker can carry.”
