About the Program
A Women’s Circle Experience with Women’s Empowerment Coach, yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, Maria Brito
As women we fill many roles and we are constantly giving, most of us are giving from a barely filled or empty energetic cup. This workshop features communication, consciousness and elevated introspection. The intention is to support empowered action to allow you to step (sit) into your power. Embracing this power shines light on our authentic and original nature. In turn, we grow our capacity to heal ourselves, and use that to heal the world around us. Healing is the act of removing what’s obscuring our hearts so we can feel our own original openness. Our hearts are always actually open. The work we will do is to unbind the kinks in the subconscious, our conditioned pattern, behaviours, and limited mindsets. With more Love flowing, we move deeper into our all pervading, all inclusive heart space. Join us as we gather in sacred circle to release what is not serving us and fill our souls with goodness. This is an afternoon you will not want to miss!
If you cannot attend you can still receive some goodness by visiting Maria’s website www.awakenwithmaria.
