Foraging Hike at Bethel Spring Nature Preserve

(Moderate / Around 2 hours / Up to about 2 miles) It’s time for a summer-season foraging wander around Bethel Spring Nature Preserve! Casey Lanier will lead participants around the preserve as you search out the season’s forageables. While the exact route of the hike will be determined that day, participants will probably see much of the preserve, up to and including the waterfall area. This hike is rated moderate because of the climb to the falls. NOTE: This is a workshop with some hiking, so if you’re looking for a walk with no long stops to talk, this probably isn’t it. This hike around the preserve is not intended for collection, but for education.
