Foraging Hike at Hickory Cove

(Easy / Around 2 hours, but maybe longer / 2 miles or so) Beat the heat and come out early to Hickory Cove Nature Preserve to find out about the special plants you might find foraging in the middle of summer. Forager Casey Lanier will lead you through the preserve on a route that will be determined the day of the event.
A FEW NOTES: This hike is educational, so if you’re looking for a walk with no long stops to talk, it’s probably not what you’re looking for. The hike is scheduled to last 2 hours, but it may run long. This hike around the preserve is not intended for collection or consumption of species.
