Fall Hike & Campfire Stories for Kids
October 25 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for a unique fall family event! Families park and check-in at Three Caves Trailhead (parking lot). Then follow Land Trust Hike Leader Meghan Kenny on a short hike (.26 miles) around Three Caves Loop. As the sun begins to set, we’ll make our way down into the bowl for cider & light treats. Then we’ll gather around the fire pit for mountain myths & legends from local storyteller Bruce Walker.
Tickets: $10 for Land Trust members, $15 for non-members – Ticket price is for one individual and includes a short, festive hike followed by stories told around a campfire with apple cider and a snack. All proceeds from this event benefit the Land Trust of North Alabama.
If the event must be cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond Land Trust control, please consider the cost of your ticket to be a tax deductible donation to the Land Trust of North Alabama.
